PC30 was named a finalist in two categories at the IPE Real Estate 2020 Global Conference & Awards held virtually on 3 September.
The first category in which the Fund was a finalist is Small Real Estate Investor of the Year. The jury highlights that all the real estate funds in which the fund invests are signatories to the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI) and integrate ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) criteria in their investment decisions. He also highlights investment in real asset funds, including participation in those focused on energy efficiency.
The other category was Other Countries & Regions. The jury emphasises real estate investment in funds with highly liquid assets and greater security and the acquisition of real asset funds (infrastructure) since 2017 with a higher risk profile and, in turn, greater added value in order to seek higher returns in the medium term.
PC30 is grateful to IPE for these considerations and intends to continue to improve its investment in these types of assets vital to the diversification of the fund.
