25 years growing together!
PC30 closed 2025 with an annualized return of 4.8%, in an environment marked by global uncertainty and market volatility. In this context, despite the depreciation of the USD, which has not acted as a safe haven asset as usual, this result brings the fund’s historical annualized return to 4.2% since inception, confirming the soundness of a strategy focused on diversification and the long term.
The year was marked by significant advances, including the consolidation of voluntary contributions, now in its second year of operation, as well as the launch of Vidacaixa Aporta+, a new digital platform that reinforces the proximity, support and financial planning of participants and beneficiaries.
With assets under management of 7.59 billion euros, PC30 continues to grow and reaffirms its commitment to a responsible, sustainable and service-oriented management model.
This Annual Report 2025 includes the main milestones of a year marked in a special way by the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Plan, a quarter of a century of building together a solid project of complementary social welfare.
With the gratitude of the current Control Committee to those who have been part of and contributed to the trajectory of the Plan – especially VidaCaixa, Managing Entity since its creation, and WTW, Strategic Advisor in recent years -, the Report also includes testimonials from former members of the Control Committee, who provide a historical overview of the evolution and values of the Plan.
