As a consequence of the special circumstances we are all experiencing due to the COVID-19 virus, we would like to inform you of the measures we are taking to ensure the care of participants and beneficiaries:
The Office of the Stakeholder remains operational. Although it is not possible to visit our facilities in person, consultations and contracting can be carried out normally by telephone (934041647) or by e-mail (oficina.fp@caixabank.com). As access to the post office is limited, it is advisable to send the necessary documentation for the different processes via email. We are aware that not everyone has the possibility to scan such documentation. In such a circumstance, a photograph of minimum quality should be sufficient. In any case, should you encounter any difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact the Office of the Unitholder.
